Benjamin's cuisine is bistronomic, homemade, and seasonal, evolving with the arrival of our local producers. We particularly enjoy working with dry-aged meats. After honing his skills in several renowned establishments in Paris and on the Atlantic coast, Benjamin has created a cuisine that reflects his own personality: sincere, generous, and modern. Passionate about ingredients, he prioritizes local sourcing, seasonal produce, and homemade dishes. At Le Quatorze, he offers modern bistronomic cuisine that showcases local producers and authentic flavors, with particular attention to the aging of red meats and precise cooking techniques.

The Brunch

Every Sunday from noon, La Table du Quatorze offers a generous brunch featuring a large sweet and savory buffet. Unlimited hot drinks and fruit juices accompany a choice of hot dish. A convivial and delicious option designed for sharing a truly relaxing moment with family or friends. The brunch is offered at €45 per person and €15 for children up to 10 years old.

The terrace of the Fourteenth

When the weather is fine, the outdoor terrace takes on the friendly atmosphere of a traditional open-air café, where you can share a crafted platter and a fine bottle of wine.

In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, the bar area will delight you with simple, local, and carefully selected products. An ideal place to enjoy your stay in the Vendée region in a different way.
